Ministry Education Development System (M.E.D.S.) was founded by Pastor John Posey in 2007.

PURPOSE
M.E.D.S. is an institution designed to train students in their practical and spiritual walk in the Christian faith. Its committed purpose is to provide spiritual and practical enrichment in studying the Word of God.
The school is divided into three (3) areas of studies over an 18-month period:

1. Leadership and Helps Ministry

Courses in this area of study are designed to show the establishment of the ministry of Leadership and Helps through practical applications and the Word of God. Also, how Leadership and Helps can be effective in the local church and the Body of Christ. These courses provide insight which assist students in fulfilling their call in the ministry.

2. Evangelism and Mission Ministry

These courses are designed to prompt, encourage and equip the student to fulfill the command of Jesus to go "...into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature" (Mark 16:15). This will be accomplished by teaching the student scriptural examples pointing directly to the value of the soul-winning and the elements which make for successful evangelism. The student will learn how to become a successful soul-winner, how to train others for evangelism, and how to effectively evangelize all types of people.

3. Biblical Studies

These courses are designed to provide biblical insight into the books of the Bible and to give student a better understanding of biblical concepts.
